We request information from the user on our order

for the purpose of mailing out your order. We collect
credit card information for the purpose of collecting
monies owed to process order. We collect email address
for the purpose of sending your order information. This
does not automatically subscribe you to our email
newsletters.

A user may choose to subscribe to our newsletter and
opt out at anytime. Each newsletter has an “opt out”
button at the bottom for your convenience. Again, we do
not sell, rent or share this information in anyway.

location near you. The practices of the other sites are
not connected with Chickenmash Farm and you would need
to read their policies. Our privacy policy pertains to
Chickenmash Farm only.

Chickenmash Farm takes every precaution to protect
our customers/users’ information. When users submit
sensitive information via the website their information
is protected both online and off-line. All sensitive
information provided on our order form is encrypted and
is protected with the best encryption software in the
industry – SSL. While on our secure order page the lock

Return
Policy
If you
receive a package that is broken or damaged, please
contact us right away so we can contact UPS.
You
will need the original box and packaging for UPS
inspection. UPS will come and pick up the package
for inspection from you and as soon as we receive
the forms from UPS delivery service, we cannot
process your replacement or refund.
If a
refund is issued you will be refunded in the form of
a Chickenmash Farm business check.
Due to
the natural aspect of our products each product is
handmade, so we cannot refund or issue credit due to
color variation/texture.
We
will review potential returns on a case by case
basis, in the instance where a product is not
exhibiting normal variances.
We do
not allow returns or exchanges if the fragrance
wasn’t just right for you. Please order a travel
size if you aren't sure about a fragrance and ask us
about shipping a travel size through the USPS to
save on shipping costs. This is a cost effective way
to try a fragrance before purchasing a large size.
We
want to do what is fair for you and us so please

We
have simplified the shipping & handling charges by
having a shipping chart. Compare your total with our
shipping chart. This is the price for shipping anywhere
in the U.S. If you need shipping outside of the U.S.
Please call us for a shipping quote. We are sorry for
the inconvenience. We want to ship to our friends
outside the U.S. so call (614)875-1939 for your price
quote.

shipping & handling will be added into your total at

We
ship UPS and every package is insured.
We
cannot have packages shipped to a Post Office Box so
always give a street address and/or delivery
instructions for the UPS driver.
Please
remember there are shipping & handling charges on
every order regardless of size. You can save by planning
ahead and ordering more at one time.
Once
your package has been shipped you will receive an email
from us with your tracking number.

*Shipping charge will be adjusted, if shipping
costs us less we will pass the savings on to you.
Shopping cart may not reflect the shipping charge
you will be charged. You will never be charged more.
In most cases the shipping charge is reduced once
the package is weighed.
